Client card and visit history

Every visit has its mixes with grams and notes. If a stylist is off sick or on holiday, a colleague opens the card and mixes exactly the same formula.

How to do it

1. In All customers, search for the client or add one with Add customer.
2. Open the customer card. Visit history shows every visit with its mixes.
3. Tap a mix to see its products and grams.
4. Keep client preferences and other lasting details in Notes.

Good to know

• The Current customers tab shows who is in the middle of a colour service and since when.
• Changes made on one tablet appear on the others after syncing.
