Inventory and orders

Stock management: product stock levels, a to-order list, supplier orders by email and receiving deliveries.

How to do it

1. In the Suppliers and Groups tabs, add your suppliers and product groups.
2. In Stock, set a minimum and a target level for each product.
3. In Orders, tap New order, choose the supplier and check the quantities.
4. Tap Send email to supplier.
5. When the delivery arrives, open the order and confirm it.

Good to know

• In salon settings you can turn on Automatically remove a tube when it runs out.
• The Deductions tab shows who used which product, when and on which client.
• Download the stock report in Excel from the Report tab: Generate and download.
